As the architectural and design awards season continues in New Zealand, we’re pleased to be able to congratulate more project and client teams on their successes.

The results of the Property Council NZ awards were announced at last Friday’s gala dinner, hosted at Auckland's Vector Arena.

We would like to pass on our congratulations to all those within the wider design and project teams for the following developments:

The University of Auckland’s Newmarket Engineering School (B901-904, 906) picked up Excellence and Merit awards in the Education and Adaptive Re-uses categories, respectively.

Ponsonby's Lot 3 was recognised in the Commercial category with an Excellence award.

The Merchant Quarter Residential Tower came away with a Merit in the Multi-Residential Property category.

Christchurch's 151 Cambridge Terrace was also awarded a Merit in the Commercial category.

And a final mention to the project teams for Shed 10 and Waikato Hospital's Meade Clinical Centre, who were successfully shortlisted as Finalists.
