The Property Industry Awards assess building design for their innovation and ingenuity. The programme criteria asks designers and developers to demonstrate how they’ve gone the extra mile to create an outcome that’s both value for money for owners and tenants, and how the design has provided quality building stock for the New Zealand property market.

Two Jasmax projects, AUT’s Mana Hauora and CDHB’s Burwood Hospital, received Excellence in the Education and Health & Medical Property categories.

As part of the award entry criteria, the client, design and construction teams were able to communicate how project delivery and planning created an outcome that is fit for purpose and meets the project vision and requirements within the allotted budget. These awards are a real testament to the ingenuity and efforts of facilities teams, designers and engineers to deliver built outcomes that far exceed standard building stock and demonstrate commitment to high quality design that improves the daily lives of New Zealanders.

Finally, we'd like to congratulate the client and project team for 141 Cambridge Terrace / Lane Neave Lawyers who were shortlisted Finalists.

Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and award winners. To see a full list, click here.
