We are pleased to welcome back the Auckland Permaculture Workshop programme for 2016. A twelve-month internationally recognised qualification, the Permaculture Design Certificate provides participants with an in-depth study of permaculture and regenerative design theory and practice. The programme sessions will be hosted in our Auckland studio throughout the year.

Now in its eighth year, the course empowers emerging and experienced designers with the skills to integrate the environment, people and appropriate technology in to resilient design solutions for individuals and communities.

Offering a new form of permaculture education the 2016 programme covers a wide range of subjects from ‘Philosophy and Design’ to ‘Living Locally in the Auckland Bioregion’.

Course participants will be provided with a comprehensive overview of permaculture and regenerative design theory and practice.

“Every workshop offered so much for me and the design project alongside it enhanced my learning. It has changed the way I view the world, my community and myself. It has been a far more rewarding and rich process than I ever imagined and I feel that it has changed me, and my outlook and choices forever. I’m looking forward to continuing the journey!

“The best thing I’ve done! I’m proud to be a fledgling permaculturalist!” - Nicky Ismay

There are still a couple of spaces left in this years programme. Click here to visit the APW website and find out more about the course.
