James Whetter thinks the time is ripe for a change in mindset towards collaborative housing and away from the view of housing as wealth generation. He has toured several large projects in Berlin, Zurich and Vienna to find out how huge projects can work and how they benefit residents.
James joined Kathryn Ryan on Nine to Noon to talk through whether those principles could be applied in New Zealand.
