A big congratulations to Mary Henry, Associate Principal in our Auckland Studio for being named as one of five finalists shortlisted in the Wirihana Leadership Award category, at the 2017 Architecture + Women NZ Dulux Awards!

Mary has recently overseen the completion of the $56m AUT Mana Hauora building as Project Architect, and is highly regarded by her peers and team for her open, collaborative and engaging approach to leadership.

One of three awards granted by Architecture + Women at a ceremony to be held on August 26, the Wirihana Leadership Award celebrates the developing careers of women in their second decade after graduation, where commonly career progression and registration ratios between male and female graduates are skewed. The award aims to maintain focus on female leaders at this important stage of their careers.
