Forty-eight architectural projects nationwide have been announced as finalists in the New Zealand Institute of Architects’ 2018 National Awards. We’re pleased to announce the fitouts for GridAKL’s 12 Madden Street (Innovation 5A) and Mason Bros’ co-working spaces have been shortlisted in the Interior Architecture category.
The largest co-working initiative in New Zealand, ATEED’s vision behind the GridAKL Innovation precinct is to diversify workplace offering in Auckland and provide a venue for like-minded businesses to come together and innovate.
The award nomination recognises Jasmax’s work on the interior fitout and spatial planning of 12 Madden Street (5A); a four-storey new-build, as well as the fitout within the adjacent historic Mason Bros’ building.
The New Zealand Architecture Awards cover 11 categories. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in November. See the complete shortlist here.
