Workplace Strategists Sarah Bryant and Leighton Abbot were interviewed by RadioNZ's Megan Whelan on the Summer Times show this week. Their Feature Interview in response to research released in the New Zealand Medical Journal. The research suggested shared or open workplaces report higher sickness-absence rates as well as issues associated with productivity and distraction.
The pair, who work for NotYetKnown (a company within the Jasmax group) discussed how workplace strategy and thoughtful workplace design can minimise these impacts, and ultimately create a highly productive work environment when done right.
