Sue Marshall is Jasmax’s Head of Knowledge & Innovation. She has been instrumental in defining and leading the knowledge and innovation strategy at Jasmax, which seeks to capture, develop and share knowledge across the practice and enable our architects and designers to deliver quality projects, consistently, for our clients. Sue leads a team of specialists, across the areas of contractual and technical delivery, sustainability, BIM process and technology, digital innovation and visual communication. Prior to this role, Sue, a registered architect, led the restoration and conversion of the Chief Post Office; the main entry into Britomart’s iconic Transport Centre.
Justin Evatt is attuned to listening and designing for the people, the community, and the environment. He has delivered multiple award-winning schools and libraries across New Zealand. Some highlights of this work are Avondale College, which received a top accolade from the New Zealand Institute of Architects in 2015 National Awards, as well as New Zealand’s first net zero energy school, Pegasus Primary, a pilot for the Ministry of Education in 2014. Justin is acknowledged as a designer for the community, engaging with local mana whenua and multiple stakeholders to integrate artist and cultural inputs into New Zealand’s built environment – this is exemplified in Whangarei Library. These successes have led to his appointment as lead project architect on New Zealand’s single largest school redevelopment, Western Springs College.
This announcement follows Jasmax’s announcement of 39 promotions to Associate Principal, Senior Associate and Associate.
