As Brand Design Lead, Clem leads a multidisciplinary team of visual communicators and spatial designers working to create compelling brand narratives that work across all media including the built environment.
Prior to joining Jasmax, Clem led the design team as Creative Director at brand strategy agency Richards Partners, delivering commercially and creatively successful work for clients across real estate, government, global business to business and professional service organisations.
Recent projects in sectors focused on the built environment include collaborating with Colliers International and developers Lamont & Co. to create a new Auckland community at FABRIC of ONEHUNGA, re-branding premium timber exporter Abodo Wood, and assisting shell exporter Ocean Shell to launch their new luxury architectural finishes brand Luméa.
Clem also spent eight years at New Zealand design studio Alt Group, working across projects such as the re-branding and wayfinding systems for the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki and Studio One – Toi Tū.
His work has received recognition in six countries including D&AD, Red Dot, The Tokyo Type Directors Club and selection as a Young Gun by the New York Art Directors Club in 2011. Projects Clem has participated in have also been awarded three best in discipline Purple Pins at The Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards alongside Pinnacle and Distinctions within the Australian Graphic Design Association Awards programme.
