Daniela vassura

Daniela Vassura joined the health team at Jasmax in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of international experience. She completed her undergraduate studies in Rome and The Netherlands before a passion for sustainable design lead her to study a postgraduate Master degree in in Energy, Design and Sustainability at London Metropolitan University.

While in the UK, Daniela worked with ZEDfactory, one of the most internationally renowned architectural practices for sustainable design. During her six years of practice with them, Daniela worked on a wide range of projects including public buildings and masterplans in the UK, South Korea, Brazil and China, as well as being project leader for sustainable residential developments in the UK. In addition, she contributed to the publication of ZEDLife which won the RIBA Award for Outstanding Practice-located Research in 2013.

Since joining Jasmax, Daniela has used her experience in sustainable design to enhance the energy performance and wellness on a variety of Health projects. She is a member of the in-house Jasmax Green Team and Wellness group, helping build awareness within the wider practice of opportunities for sustainable architecture.

Daniela enjoys the level of detailed thinking required in the earlier stages of design, focusing on design for welcoming, people-orientated spaces that also perform to a high level of energy-efficiency.
