Senior Interior Designer Rebecca Burton leads our Wellington Interiors team. Rebecca has a wide range of experience and is committed to delivering highly effective and sustainable workplace design solutions that deliver to client aspirations. She has a strong belief in the value of collaboration, open communication and positive team relationship building in achieving successful project outcomes.
Rebecca joined Jasmax in 2005 and since then has worked on a number of commercial fit out projects. Her experience includes the recent design and delivery of the Transpower workplace at 22 Boulcott Street in Wellington. This project, which achieved the supreme award at the 2018 Property Council of New Zealand Awards, is a great example of the success that results from a close alignment of values between client and designer.
Most recently Rebecca has been involved in a number of government fitout projects where she has gained valuable experience in the facilitation of cultural engagement workshops in collaboration with the Jasmax Waka Māia cultural engagement team. Rebecca’s outstanding eye for design and skills in design communication help ensure that design intent and execution is well illustrated to the entire project team. She is especially skilled in formulating and illustrating design concepts and the story of the project, ensuring that key founding principles are considered and referenced throughout the execution of projects.
