Arvida Living Well Park Lane is a new approach to retirement living that promotes empowering and enriching retirees lives.

It is a community-focused development, consisting of a new four-storey apartment block and a Wellness Centre that is designed to act as a conduit between the village and the wider Addington community.

The Wellness Centre offers public amenities including a café with produce sourced from the community garden, health club, community crèche and farm animals.

Sensitive landscape design lies at the heart of the project, aiming to build upon the existing natural attributes of the site, such as mature trees, to create opportunities for enhanced amenity and wellness through features such as a woodland walk, an all-weather promenade, productive gardens and an activity courtyard.

The apartment building itself consists of 79 independent living apartments over four storeys. The apartments are arranged around generous landscaped courtyards and include winter-gardens, enclosed balconies for year round outdoor living.

The project has high sustainability and social aspirations; using solar energy to power the main building complex and offering electric cars for resident use.
