AUT University and Jasmax have worked together for over 20 years. In this time we've designed and delivered a number of buildings. The City Campus Masterplan ties them together, setting the future direction for the campus.
Jasmax provided urban design and masterplanning services for the southern quarter of the CBD. Developing a vision enhancing the existing urban form while offering further opportunities for development (pre-earthquakes).
Jasmax were invited to develop a concept for Onehunga's foreshore reclamation along State Highway 20. The masterplan links existing parks and reserves together, creating a strong recreation asset.
As Auckland's urban intensification increases, Jasmax worked with the client to a formulate a mixed-use development masterplan. A high-density, sustainable community designed for human-scale.
Auckland's shortage of affordable housing presents a unique challenge. Through integrated design, the Waimahia Inlet development and Jasmax are part of the solution.
The main driver of this masterplan in East Tamaki, based on good-practice urban design principles, was to streamline construction efficiencies with a greater density. Ultimately, offering Aucklanders more affordable housing.
A new coastal town 25 kilometres north of Christchurch, Pegasus will offer a town centre and a combination of high-density and lower density housing. Critical to the masterplan was to ensure the development's long-term appeal.
The masterplan for Whitford ustalised an integrated design approach. The result is a proposed lifestyle development that encapsulates a modern interpretation of New Zealand's best small villages.
